Health and Medical Information

All participants must complete the health information form and permission to participate form. If you have not done so, you can download those forms on this page.
We travel with a nurse as part of our band staff, and she is able to assist with any required medications. Participants must bring all medications (both prescription and OTC) in their original containers. Please do not bring loose medication in a weekly pill container, for example. All participants are responsible for their own health insurance. While we have never had a serious medical issue on one of our tours, we will not hesitate to take a participant to the hospital if the situation requires it. Participants with serious allergies should notify the nurse and band staff. If participants normally carry an EPIpen, please ensure it is still within its expiry date and bring it with you. We have personnel trained in EPIpen use, as well as CPR/AED and first aid, in addition to our staff nurse. |
