The 2014 All-State Lions Band State Band was held at the Doubletree at Greentree in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 16-17, 2014, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Lions State Convention.

Friday, May 16

5:00 PM – Registration at the Doubletree in Pittsburgh

5:30 PM – Welcome meeting and group dinner

6:30 PM – Rehearsal

10:30 PM – Pizza party

11:00 PM – To rooms

11:30 PM – Room checks/lights out
Saturday, May 17

6:15 AM – Wake up!

7:00 AM – Breakfast

8:00 AM – Rehearsal

10:30 AM – Set-up for concert #1               

11:00 AM – Concert #1

12:30 PM – Lunch

2:00 PM – Rehearsal       

5:00 PM – Set-up for Concert #2

5:30 PM – Concert #2

7:00 PM – Uniform Collection; wrap-up

7:30 PM – Ensemble Dismissed; return home
